“The Valley” Will Demonstrate Circular Economy Practices At Scale

Delta Development, Schiphol Trade Park and the Ellen MacArthur Foundation have co-created “The Valley” to accelerate the transition to the circular economy by demonstrating circular practices at scale. It will aim to actively convene the leading practitioners and researchers in the field, while fostering cross-sector initiatives and collaborations.

The Valley is the central area of Schiphol Trade Park and has been developed as an innovation area. It has been developed using the Cradle to Cradle® design framework and is located in one of the Netherlands’ foremost business parks.

The announcement of The Valley comes as the circular economy framework continues to gain momentum globally and particularly in Europe. It brings circular economy activity to ‘ground level’ seeding innovation, demonstrating real-life business cases and being a source of inspiration.
